RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Refundable Fees
All session fees are 100% non-refundable. Once payment is made to book a private appointment, no refunds are issued for any reason. However, your session fee may be applied to a future appointment if you reschedule according to the policy below.
Complimentary One-Time Reschedule
Each private session includes one (1) complimentary reschedule, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling Requirements
• Rescheduling must be requested more than 48 hours before your session.
• Requests made within the 48-hour window forfeit the complimentary reschedule.
• If you cancel or do not attend within 48 hours of your appointment, no refund, credit, or transfer is available.
Late Starts / Missed Calls
• Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
• If you do not answer or are unable to join, the session is considered used and will not be extended.
• If your complimentary reschedule is unused and requested more than 48 hours in advance, it may be applied to a new date.
• Otherwise, a new session must be purchased.
TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY RELEASE
Governing Law: Province of Alberta, Canada
1. Definitions
“Client” – the individual scheduling or participating in a private reading, coaching, mediumship, mentoring, or intuitive session with Kelsey Dalziel.
“Session(s)” – any private reading, coaching, mediumship, mentoring, or intuitive service provided by Kelsey.
“Services” – all offerings including spiritual readings, mediumship, intuitive guidance, mentoring, energy work, coaching, or other non-clinical support.
“Released Parties” – Kelsey Dalziel, her agents, employees, contractors, affiliates, and any persons acting on her behalf.
2. Nature & Limitations of Services
Client acknowledges that all Services provided by Kelsey are intuitive and spiritual in nature only. They do not constitute:
• medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice or treatment
• diagnosis, prescription, or cure for any condition
• legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind
Client agrees to consult licensed professionals (medical, psychological, legal, financial) as needed.
3. Client Responsibility
By booking, Client affirms that:
• They are voluntarily participating in the Session.
• They are 18 years or older and mentally capable of entering into this agreement.
• They assume full responsibility for all decisions made after the Session.
• They will not rely solely on the Session for medical, psychological, legal, or financial decisions.
• Information received may be symbolic, metaphorical, or relate to future events.
4. Ethical Boundaries
Kelsey does not provide intuitive or spiritual information about individuals who have not personally requested it. All guidance is intended solely for the Client.
5. Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of receiving Services, Client — on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns — hereby releases, waives, discharges, and forever relinquishes any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, or liability of any kind against the Released Parties, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to the Services.
Client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or connected to their participation in the Services.
Client understands that under Alberta law, liability for gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconductmay not be fully waivable, and nothing in this agreement removes such protections where they cannot legally be waived.
6. Confidentiality & Use of Feedback
• Session content is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
• Client may send written or verbal feedback at their discretion.
• By providing feedback, Client grants permission for Kelsey to use non-identifying portions (e.g., first name + province/country only) for testimonials or educational/inspirational content.
• No specific session details or personal information will be disclosed.
7. Email & Newsletter Consent
By booking a Session, Client consents to receiving occasional emails, newsletters, updates, promotions, and communications. Client may unsubscribe at any time.
8. No Guarantees; Assumption of Risk
Client understands that intuitive/spiritual work is interpretive and cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on personal choices, free will, timing, and external factors.
By participating, Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with receiving intuitive or spiritual guidance.
9. Governing Law & Severability
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect unless the invalidity significantly undermines the purpose of the Agreement.
10. Entire Agreement & Electronic Acceptance
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the Client and Kelsey regarding Services. It supersedes all prior understandings or agreements.
By booking, paying for, or participating in a Session, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms, conditions, disclaimers, waivers, and releases. Booking acts as the Client’s binding electronic signature.
